To become a Amateur boxer in the State of Louisiana, please follow the following steps.
Step 1
Register for your state license.
If you are signing yourself up as a contestant
If you are a promoter signing up your contestant
You will need to upload a photo of your identification (Non-Expired Permit, Birth Certificate, Federal ID, Military ID, Passport, School ID, or Driver's License are accepted)
Step 2
Once registered, you will need to do the following within your account:
- Upload two (2) photos for your Federal ID
- Upload Bloodwork (within 6 months prior to your scheduled event)
