What you will need in preparation to apply: Your Drivers License, Surety Bond and Proof of Insurance

Register and pay for your state license. You can register here.
You will need to upload a photo of your identification (Non-Expired Permit, Birth Certificate, Federal ID, Military ID, Passport, School ID, or Driver's License are accepted), Surety Bond and Proof of Insurance when registering

Once registered, you can register your event here.
